What are the best finished GBA Roms?

Only just starting to get into Pokemon Roms, and I'm currently playing through Light Platinum, while I am enjoying it, it leaves me wondering what other fantastic finished Roms are out there for GBA?

Do we have anything that has every Pokemon from all 7 generations yet?

Is there anything that stands with Light Platinum as top tier?
